Anne has been extremely helpful for us. I think the hardest part of therapy is finding someone that works for both people; but she has been neutral and great for us to work on things. Our sessions have created opportunities for growth in our relationship. Also, after every session we continue to work through things that she challenged us on. Working with her has helped for us to see each other outside of just being parents and the monotony of daily life. I think after being together for a while you naturally lose each other along the way. Working with Anne has helps us continue to grow together and reconnect in a healthy productive way. We have continued working on our friendship and support of one another and she facilitates that in a safe space.

I sought out someone like Anne specifically because I have a blended family.... and with many blended families, problems arise and I just wish I was able to meet with Anne sooner.

What turned into me seeking help for my blended family initially, the help she provided to me personally, was really what I needed.

We get stuck in situations where you see no end in sight, especially when we're struggling with mental illness, chronic pain, substance abuse etc. So having her clear mindedness was helpful, and I know I made a good friend along the way.
